What is your return policy?
Each item is tested before we ship it to make sure that it is working properly.
Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Douche and Enema Kits
- Anal Toys, Beads and Plugs
- Cock and Ball Devices, Cock Rings, and Cock Sleeves
- Gags And Ropes
- Lingerie And Men’s Wear
- Lubricants, Massage Oils, and all personal fluids
- Please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of purchase. Please make sure to state your name, date of purchase, your invoice number, and details of the defect.
- If and items is found to be defective within 5 days of purchase, we will issue a Replacement Authorization Number and replace it with the same item.
- It is your responsibility to shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the defective item, we will ship a replacement promptly free of charge.
- Please note that all returned items must have their original packaging, parts, and accessories.
- Please note that returned items must be unused, any item deemed to have been used or intentionally damaged will not be refunded.
We ship within Canada using Canada Post Standard Shipping. We will ship out your order within 1 business day.
Orders are packaged discreetly, in unmarked boxes or padded envelopes with plain mailing labels.
Orders $69 and over (before tax) are eligible for Free Shipping. Packages are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel and should arrive within 1-9 business days after payment is complete.

Pickup in store - For orders placed Monday to Saturday before 12pm noon we off free pick up same day between 2pm-and store closing time (please check hours here). We will notify you via email when your order is ready. Order placed after 12 pm noon will be available the next business day between 10am-and STORE CLOSE. Should you need immediate assistance, call our store for customer service. To pick up your order, you will need a copy of the receipt and photo ID is required.
